HEALTHY LOWCARB CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST 

Recipe:

  1.  Add 200g raw cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until the texture looks like rice
  2.  Preheat oven on 230 degree Celcius and microwave to cauliflower rice for 7 minutes 3
  3. Mix the microwaved cauliflower with 100g cheese of your choice(I used non GMO soy), 2 eggwhites (65 g) or 1 whole big egg, spicery and herbs
  4.  Put the mixture on a baking paper and spread with your hands
  5.  Now put the crust for 20 minutes into your oven
  6. Add toppings of your choice and put again for 6-9 minutes into your oven 7

Raw Vegan Lasagna with Spinach Walnut Pesto and Walnut “Sausage”serves 4Ingredients:- 1 medium zucchini, sliced thin lengthwise- 1 tomato, sliced thin- Marinara Sauce- Spinach Walnut Pesto- Cashew Cheese- Walnut Sage “Sausage”
1. Place a layer of zucchini on a plate. Top with marinara sauce, fresh tomato slices and cashew cheese. 2. Top with a layer of zucchini and top that with pesto.3. Top with another layer of zucchini and sprinkle the walnut pesto and fresh tomatoes on top of that. 4. How to Make Healthy Crepes

(only 83 cents and 250 cals for the WHOLE RECIPE)

Ingredients:

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 banana

- 1/3 cup oats

- 1/4 cup almond milk

- 1 pinch stevia

- 4 strawberries

Directions:

1. Mix your dry ingredients together (oats, cinnamon) and blend into a fine powder in a Magic Bullet or regular blender.

2. Then add half a ripe banana, an egg (or 2 egg whites), and almond milk. Blend!

3. Take your batter and pour into a pan on low-medium heat. Just a thin layer!

4. After you see mini bubbles form on top, flip it! If you can flip it in the air - DO IT!!!! It’s exhilarating. This batter will make about 3 crepes about 8”-9” in diameter!

5. Now fill up your crepe with fresh fruits! I used 4 strawberries and the other half of the banana! Roll it up. You’ll get 3 sleeping puppies that you can pet :)

6. Optional - to top, you can add nonfat Greek Yogurt and a honey drizzle!

The whole recipe without the honey and yogurt is only 250 cals with no added sugar, and using all natural ingredients! Nothing crazy here. I hope you give this recipe a shot and wow your family with it. They won’t even know it’s good for them! Seriously!! You’ll need
1 cup mixed rice / lentils / split peas
2 sweet potatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red onion
5 handfulls of spinach
2 cups chopped mushrooms
turmeric
red pepper flakes
simmer sauce
Now What
cook rice mix 
chop potatoes and soak in water for 10 minutes
chop onions. add to skillet on medium heat. little earth balance in skillet
drain potatoes. add turmeric and red pepper flakes to potatoes
add potatoes to skillet
stir mixture and cook for 10 minutes
chop and add bell pepper
chop and add mushrooms
add spinach and stir until spinach shrinks
add rice mixture and stir up
add (or skip) 1/2 cup simmer sauce
stir for 2 minutes 
remove from heat and enjoy!
